Sorrel is a perennial green with delicious sour, lemony leaves. It is one of the first edibles up in Spring in our garden and we love it. It is delicious in soup, salads and smoothies - or just as a snack fir while you work in the garden.
Unlike common garden Sorrel this variety doesn't make flowers or go to seed, so you can keep harvesting all the way through the summer.
